First System Demonstrated to the U.S. Congress
Our founder, Marshall Thompson, demonstrated the first electromechanical voting system to the U.S. Congress in 1922. Years later he formed International Roll-Call® after innovating the voting process with a series of patents.
The first Personal Computer (PC) voting systems are developed and installed, including system control using integrated circuits
Presently, IRC has two former Clerks, which includes the President of IRC, and a former Deputy Clerk on staff, and collectively the company has the benefit of almost a century of direct legislative process knowledge and experience.
