Member Desk Stations

Very aware that in the historical setting of a legislative chamber, the aesthetics of electronics are as important as their function and reliability, IRC works with architects, historians and staff to ensure that the voting stations on each member desk fit in with the environment of the chamber.

Member voting stations can be designed using a wide variety of materials and can provide a number of different functions. Casting votes, Requesting to speak, a summoning or phone light, secure smart-card ID access or biometric security are just a few of the functions IRC has implemented at the member voting station in installations everywhere.

Take a moment to have a look at more voting stations in the Overview of Member Voting Stations document.
