Wireless Sound & Voting System

International Roll-Call will soon be proud to introduce the Wireless Sound and Voting System an outstanding breakthrough for the committee room, conference setting or mobile town meeting events. The Wireless Sound and Voting System can connect to your existing sound system using the IRC5500 interface unit.  These devices along with the IRC voting software can be tightly integrated with the IRC LMS Committee Support System software to assist staff in building committee minutes, agendas, and committee reports.  If the meeting proceedings are video recorded than IRC can provide its integrated video tagging and captioning software to timestamp and provide screen captioning on the video.

The Wireless Sound and Voting System would allow the voting operator to control the opening As the roll-call is taken, members would record their vote responses. The base wireless model can support several different button configurations. Typically the configuration provides for the recording of “Y” for Aye, “N” for Nay and “A” for Absent or Abstain. Upon the close of the vote the system would tabulate and provide the totals, outcome and print the recorded vote.
