Voting & Sound System for Committees and Local Governments

IRC has recently offered a simple solution that is ideal for Committee rooms within the legislature as well as smaller local governments such as city councils, county and school boards. The Committee and LGVS (Local Government Voting System) is comprised of off-the-shelf components which reduces delivery time and keeps costs at a minimum. Each member station has three buttons for voting as well as a speaker and an a goose-neck microphone. The system functions as both a voting and sound system, capable of managing a Request to Speak system. It functions with IRC's Session software using the Committee or LGVS version.

Member stations are connected via simple network cables and the system controlunit functions as both processor and amplifier as it interacts with the IRC voting software.

A wireless version of this system will also soon be available from Inernational Roll-Call.
