Sound Control

The Sound Control System interfaces with the existing sound equipment to allow an operator to open and close member’s microphones. With multiple versions of the Sound Control System installed throughout the country configuration settings give the system a number of options. For example: the Sound Control System can be set up to monitor the length of time a member is speaking, a timer can be set which turns the member’s microphone when their time expires, when a member microphone is activated the member’s name can be displayed to show who is speaking on available displays, configuration setting allow the sound system to interface with the presiding officer’s screen to show a list of requests and at the presiding officer’s direction member microphone can be activated by the sound operator. The system also supports a well microphone and wireless microphones which may be used.
