Calendar
The Calendar module is used to control the movement of
Bill/Resolutions during session. Bills and Resolutions can be added manually or they can be added
automatically based upon their current status.
Bill/Resolution status can be linked to sections of the Calendar
allowing this automatic inclusion of Bill/Resolutions. The list of Bill/Resolutions can be grouped
by order of business, as assigned to the Bill/Resolution or they can be
manually ordered. When a Bill/Resolution
is selected, the status history for that Bill/Resolution is displayed. The
Calendar module also shows and maintains Bill/Resolutions in conference,
notices of intent, and committee meetings.
