Recently International Roll-Call Corporation installed its  newest generational legislative management software solution  in the Vermont State Legislature. xmLegislator is built with the latest versions of  Micrososft’s .Net framework, and is a set of tightly integrated independent component software modules that collectively provide  the tools to completely automate the legislative process.  xmLegislator processes, under the request application, confidential documents with a unique numbering system until the time of introduction.

xmLegislator component modules include support for:

  • the introduction process for bills, resolutions and amendments
  • manual and automatic status entries
  • calendar creation
  • journal and messaging
  • document tracking
  • committee agenda and reports
  • bill maintenance
  • engrossing and enrolling
  • amendment creation and distribution
  • automatic journal indexing and report creation

xmLegislator is tightly integrated with our new .net voting system and can provide tagging data with date and time stamps for any video recording of  floor activity taking place.

Use the navigation bar on the left or below to browse through the different "modules" of the system.  Also, please feel free to contact us with any questions or requests you may have.
